India is a spiritual country where religious beliefs play a central role in all significant life activities, business decisions, holidays, celebrations, and days. One such notion that leads to the largest assembly of people on earth is the Kumbh Mela. Every three years, the Kumbh Mela is held in one of the four pilgrimages—Haidwar, Allahabad (Prayag), Nasik, and Ujjain—by rotation. With a large number of Hindus congregating to a holy river for a bath and soul cleansing from all sins, this mela also rose to prominence as the nation’s largest festival. Hindus believe that once the sea was churned, drips of nectar were delivered by gods down to these four locations, where people congregate to wash away the consequences of past transgressions, whether deliberate or not. People go hundreds of kilometers to take a dip in the Kumba River in order to purify and become more religious. Every religion holds that there are seven sins that stand in the way of salvation: pride, desire, envy, gluttony, greed, and wrath. These are the sins that cause humans to acquire wicked traits and deprive them of God. At Kumbh Mela, one may atone for their sins and dedicate time to worshiping the divine. throughout 2013, Allahabad hosted the Kumbh Mela, which is expected to draw up to 100 million pilgrims throughout its course. The Indian government plans and oversees every aspect of this 1.5-month-long celebration, including transportation, lodging, food, and security for millions of people. It is a major business event in addition to the nation’s religious festival. It’s a chance for almost all major brands to advertise their goods widely and, in actuality, to create an experience for consumers. During these months, business is at its height. All brands have Allahabad as their focal point. In addition, there are pilgrims, reporters, advertising, security personnel, administrative staff, laborers, management staff, etc. for their individual responsibilities. Keeping famous names and celebrities safe when they visit Kumba is another difficulty. Taking care of this enormous building and its enormous audience is a significant job. This year’s fire and stampede strangely dampened the spirits of many pilgrims, and instead of traveling to Kumbh and being entangled in the chaos, many chose to remain safe at home. I’m becoming more worried about the upcoming Kumbh Mela in Ujjain (2016) in light of the current situation. The planning is progressing well, but in order to prevent such accidents, we will ensure that there are improved amenities and increased security measures. Our group is now concentrating more on safety precautions. Mind and spirit are greatly relieved by the Visarjan of Seven Sins at Kumbah. have a joyful journey to salvation.
