A grand driveway welcomes you to the entrance to our flagship villa, the exquisite two-story, five-bedroom Ashyana lakhanpal. The bottom level is devoted to a large verandah including built-in lounging places in the classic Portuguese-Goan architecture. Certain elements of the owner’s collection of furniture are counterbalanced by the modern décor within. The rooms developed by the architect include opulent materials such as honey-colored Rajasthani stone, charcoal gray granite, and delicate mosaics. Aashyana Casinhas The main villa’s grounds are home to the three aashyana casinhas, Leo, Libra, and Capricorn. Each has its own wrought-iron gate that opens to a charming courtyard. With their neutral décor and traditional built-in seats, stone flooring, and terracotta-tiled roofs, the whitewashed casinhas exude style and warmth. The private art collection of the owner is emphasized and contrasted by this décor. Although the layout of each casinha varies, all three adhere to the same model of impeccable accommodations. The living, dining, and kitchen spaces are all open-plan and come with a gas stovetop and a refrigerator-freezer. Every casinha has a verandah and terrace that are encircled by an own courtyard. Every casinha has two bedrooms, one with a king-sized double bed and the other with twin singles. Every bedroom has an adjacent bathroom located in a skylit, walled courtyard area where you may take a shower in the sun or under the stars. Certainly a restroom to remember! Split air conditioners with exterior compressor units that are intended to produce less noise are installed in every bedroom. You may reach a portion of the Ashyana Lakshanpal Grounds with a 25 x 5 meter swimming pool by taking a short stroll along a garden path. Here are poolside loungers, a restroom/shower, and a shaded gazebo. After taking a few more steps, you will reach the exclusive gate that leads straight into the seven kilometers of Candolim Beach. Only the beach, swimming pool, and beach sit-out are accessible to casinha visitors via a designated walkway bordering the Ashyana property.
