Relaxing is beneficial to one’s professional life. Because you are more likely to be able to hear your intuition when you are calm, you are more likely to get the greatest ideas and inspiration for every action and choice that you make in your company. Being under a lot of stress is not only unpleasant, but it also brings in more of the things that make you feel anxious. When you’re under a lot of pressure, you don’t come up with smart ideas. Your energy level is poor, and this will never lead to positive outcomes for you. The more at ease you tend to be, the better the outcomes you will get. The truth of life and business, however, is that you will experience feelings of stress on sometimes. Is there a way to reverse the situation while you are already in the thick of it? You may find some peace and quiet in the midst of your stress by following these three steps: First step: take a deep breath and commit this to memory: Inhale deeply and exhale deeply for a few moments. You should place one hand on your stomach and then draw your breath down to that hand. Imagine that you are surrounded with positive energy throughout your whole body, and that you are able to fill your entire system with it just by breathing it. Think about the fact that every time you exhale, you are releasing feelings of worry and tension. At a minimum, take seven deep breaths, or as many as you feel you need to in order to feel (somewhat) calmer. The second stage is to be present. Pay complete attention to the present moment that you are in. When you are aware of all of your senses, you draw your focus to the moment that you are now experiencing. Pay attention to what you smell. that is what you hear. what you see in your immediate environment. Take a glance at the sky through the window and gaze out. Give it your whole attention and take note of everything you see. At the present time, you are doing well. At the present time, there is no reason for concern. When you think about the past or the (near) future, you immediately experience feelings of anxiety and uncertainty. Within this very instant, you are never in danger. Now that your body and mind are more relaxed and tranquil, the next step is to seek your intuition for guidance. The question that you should ask your intuition is as follows: what is the most important item for me to concentrate on or initiate right now? Wait for the solution to come to you. Take note of the first immediate thought that comes to mind. Depending on the circumstances, you may not always want to do this. Another possibility is that it is something that seems to be absolutely counter intuitive. In spite of this, it is most likely just what you need to accomplish. Because you are aware of who you are and what you desire, you are the one who has the solution; you know who you are at your core. It was Lao Tzu. This week’s action that will alter the world: 1) Print off these instructions and save them in a location where you will be able to locate them when you need them. 2) Make it a habit to do these three actions every day. Take these measures at the beginning of each day. You will have a greater sense of relaxation the more you practice.
