Article 7 in the 7-part realitysculp series is this one. continuation of realitysculp series’ part six. We’ve spoken about how people’s conclusions may be influenced by the context and substance of the evidence, as well as how perception works and can be influenced. What takes occur next? What happens now that this info is perceived? We shall talk about the importance of instincts and feelings, or emotions, in human behavior in this part. The person interprets the meaning of the facts via the feedback loop of perception and the maintained world view. Based on this interpretation, data that has been acquired by perception and tinted by the filters will cause one or more intuitive reactions. I need to start by explaining just what instincts and instinctual behavior are. According to Wikipedia, instinct is the natural propensity of a living thing to engage in a certain complicated activity. A fixed action pattern (fap), which is a very brief to medium-length series of activities performed without alteration in response to a well defined stimulus, is the most basic example of an instinctual activity. Numerous animal behavior watchers came to the conclusion that almost every animal in the animal world have a distinct set of behaviors and actions/reactions that are exclusive to that species. Here, behaviors refer to the manner in which the animal goes about its daily activities, while actions or responses are carried out in response to certain stimuli. Nearby, pet owners are aware that dogs and cats exhibit dependable, species-specific behaviors in response to various circumstances. These behaviors may be recorded and, with a high degree of certainty, precisely anticipate what the animal will behave in almost any given circumstance. By connecting an animal’s stimulus to its behavior, we were able to manipulate and subjugate lesser species for our own ends. As is often the case with pet owners, they quickly discover not only how their animal companion will react in a certain circumstance, but also how to train the animal to behave in a way that best serves them. It was just a matter of time before someone began to consider how to apply this to people as well, given the history of common knowledge. Consider for a minute what the powerful might think of such a skill. For governments and individuals with extraordinary wealth and power, nothing would be more valuable than the capacity to forecast with high degree of certainty how others would react to a stimulus. In contrast to lesser animals, no predictable behavior with a high enough degree of certainty to be practical to anticipate or control was shown in the initial mapping of observed behavior in humans to specific stimuli. This failure may be attributed to behavior mapping’s assumption of a direct, unconscious relationship between inputs and behavior. This assumption is incorrect and incomplete when applied to humans; it only applies to lesser animals. Because they could utilize reason and foresight instead of being constrained by instinctual reactions to outside stimuli, humans evolved became the dominant species on Earth. Humans, in contrast to lesser animals, have the ability and willingness to use reason to overcome the decisions made by their instincts. The history of biological evolution demonstrates that, more often than not, nature added the advanced capacity rather than removing and replacing one level of capabilities with a higher one. When the human brain is examined for examples, it reveals at least three significant evolutionary cycles in which new brain regions evolved over the older ones without the brain changing much overall. Our forefathers’ mental capacities increased as each successive component was developed. Understanding this mechanism is crucial because it shows that the more primitive, automatic stimulus-response framework is still very much in place. Those in positions of authority quickly came to the conclusion that they could never effectively manipulate the actions of rational people by simply providing them with certain stimuli. Reason stood in the way of this ideal state, thus if reason in humans could be suppressed or eliminated, only instinctual conduct would be left. Essentially, if reason were eliminated from the equation, human actions could then be mapped out and, with a great degree of certainty, precisely predicted as to what the majority of people would behave in almost any given circumstance. Modern technology has made it possible for governments and very powerful and wealthy people to suppress the use of reason, turning regular people into nothing more than creatures to be used for their own ends. That’s a strange idea to think about, particularly while staring in the mirror, but think about it: you have to stay in the mental prison forever. Returning to the concept of instinct, let me to concentrate on stimulation for a little while. Every stimulus has a physical component, however some are produced by exterior stimuli like touching a hot stove, while others are produced by internal stimuli like the release of neurochemicals. The more intricate and significant internal counterpart of instinct is often overlooked and only considered in relation to exterior cues. There are two possible routes from stimulation to action or response. The first route is the instinctive, direct action (dia). Since no thinking is involved, the dia path might be better defined as a purely bodily reaction. It is often utilized in response to sudden physical threats. Direct instinct to action is closely related to chemical processes; in the dia process, an animal responds entirely by cause and effect when it is exposed to a stimuli, such as toxins, heat, cold, or physical harm to the body. The animal does not have conscious control over its response. If it is feasible, an animal may relocate away from a source of heat or poisons. A person walking on a sharp item is one example. Before feeling any pain at all, the individual will actually transfer their body’s weight to the other foot in an attempt to reduce the harm. A subsequent evolutionary development that built upon the dia process is the other process, known as the indirect instinct to action (iia) process. In this instance, an animal’s biology releases signal neurochemicals instinctively rather of being hard wired in response to a direct input. The animal perceives the automated release of these signal neurochemicals as emotions even though they are not visible without specialized medical monitoring and are associated with established activity patterns. Humans are unable to control their natural reaction to the interpretation of stimuli after the meaning of the information has been interpreted. But if the higher animal or human is feeling something, they may use their knowledge, experience, and keen analysis of the circumstances to figure out what, ideally, is the optimal course of action in response to the stimulus. this process provides an animal a major survival edge over the previous procedure since the animal is no longer automatically confined to single course of action that in reality may be the incorrect one for survival in a given scenario. It is crucial to remember that completing an intelligent analysis is referred to as the thought stage of the cycle and will be discussed in more depth at a later time. The dia process is the predominant process in the lowest animal life forms; in many of them, it is the only process accessible due to the lack of a true nervous system. An increasing amount of behavior tends toward the iia process as we climb the animal kingdom’s tree and come across species with increasingly sophisticated and competent neural systems. What would having this approach provide in terms of evolution? It would obviously be flexibility. The majority of lower animals must go through physical adaptations in order to live and ultimately flourish in new environments when confronted with changing circumstances, whether it be local surroundings altering or the need to expand into new territory. As we go up the evolutionary tree, we see creatures with more sophisticated skills, such the capacity to construct shelter rather than just locate one, or the ability to collect and save food for adversity like the winter. Humans are the only animal that can continuously improve the efficacy of this activity, taking it to whole new heights. Humans may reprogram their thoughts, behaviors, and automatic responses via the biofeedback process to adapt to changing circumstances, which accounts for their flexibility. emotions come from instincts, and ideas come from emotions. As previously said, higher animals—especially humans—will consider the information given, their background, and their education before processing it via an intellectual analyzer to decide on the proper course of action or response to a stimulus. If people allow themselves to be extraordinarily excellent at anything, they are unusually adept at thinking, the intellectual analyzer. Our conversation up to this point has only concerned how to evaluate data in order to elicit the intended instinctual response. That does not, in the main, make people special. Many creatures try to influence other species’ behavior by giving them manipulated information. This cerebral analytic portion of people is what makes them so unpredictable. Nobody can really foresee what a sentient, thinking person might accomplish. However, as we previously discussed, you have a very high degree of confidence in your ability to predict the resulting behavior if you can control the information’s content and context, the individual’s education, the variety and utility of experiences, and the individual’s confidence in their own intelligence. restrict behavior even further by instilling fears of social shame or punishment; this way, people’s responses will become as predictable and controllable as those of any other beast of burden. Recognizing the existence of the yoke is the first step towards removing it from your neck. Understanding its purpose and operation are the following stages. You will own the master key if you have mastered the comprehension of the mindcage system. Not only can you free yourself from your present cage with this key, but it will also make it impossible for anybody else to put you back in a mindcage.
