Housing sales have been the primary driver of residential lighting up to this point. Products will need to discover new drives and new incentives for customers to step up in order to compete with the most recent data about house sales in the United States. Innovation, in my opinion, will be the driving force. As is the case with home furnishings and accessories, lighting will not find a sustainable trajectory in the business as usual manner. When there are fewer house sales, there are fewer clients who are in the market to purchase, and pricing alone will not be enough to convince buyers to part with their credit cards. Makers and sellers alike will face the challenge of attracting discretionary spending with new items that provide innovation that is new, better, more exciting, and more “can’t live without” in order to convert consumers into purchasers. When it comes to driving the company, we are not interested in expanding our product offerings; rather, we are focused on relevance, innovation, and value. When it comes to generating demand, I feel that innovation will be the most important aspect. As our growth plan materializes in the form of goods that are generated from innovation, you can anticipate seeing us use our expertise, our insight, and our design abilities toward specific goals in new ways. According to our mission statement, “relevant design via innovation”
