The massing arrangement adheres to rigid geometry and specified proportions; in addition to connecting the external and inside, it effectively offers the essential shade hours, despite the fact that the open facades receive an abundance of sunshine throughout the day. With the pool stretching forth on the first story above the entry foyer, the outside color palette of green and white is in harmony with the natural surroundings.
