Outdoor LCD has advantages over conventional methods that, in many situations, make it a cost-effective alternative, and it is increasingly gaining appeal as a dynamic and engaging form of digital marketing. The internal air-cooling system or air-conditioning system of outdoor digital signage displays can be adjusted to allow the display to operate at its best in virtually any climate. Outdoor digital signage displays can survive both hot and cold environments. The IP65 level of protection for outdoor digital signs broadens the range of potential situations by preventing dust, debris, and moisture from the air entry (some model even with IP66 level). Additionally, outdoor digital signs screens have high brightness levels of between 250 and 5000 cd/m2. The cooling system is crucial for outdoor digital signage, as we all know. Outdoor digital signage totems are typically placed outside, where they will be exposed to bright sunlight and generate a lot of heat, especially during the summer. Without an external cooling system, outdoor screens cannot display content normally and may develop black patches and, in extreme situations, may even burn. This will break the outdoor display. Therefore, outdoor screen equipment needs outdoor cooling system to function. At light of these considerations, Marvel Independent researches and develops its own cooling techniques, and we create outdoor advertising player screens with holes for ventilation in the top and bottom. An efficient dust-proof filter is included into the air inlet and output of the machine to filter out tiny airborne dust and keep mosquitoes from getting inside. Cooling air is drawn into the screen through the down ventilations, while hot air is expelled through the up ventilation holes. Additionally, the cooling air will remove any heat from the LCD panel’s surface by passing through the panel’s front region. The filter is the first place that any outside air enters, and it separates the wind into two air ducts before and after the screen. The system will turn off the power to the LCD screen when the internal temperature is high due to unusual circumstances like blocked inlet and outlet air ducts and other unusual circumstances that are not promptly detected and maintained. The air-cooled system will then continue to run normally to cool down and protect the LCD screen, motherboard, and other important components. It is typically advised to use an air conditioning cooling system, which can be combined with an outdoor operation and maintenance cloud system. When an outdoor device is operating at a high temperature (the air conditioner’s working temperature is manually set; you can set it yourself to maintain a constant temperature), the air flow cooling system will be in operation. This is especially true of the Middle East (Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and Arab regions), where the summertime temperature will be extremely hot. In addition, Marvel installed an intelligent temperature control module within the outdoor screen, which causes the cooling fans to speed up when the inside temperature rises and slow down or remain at a constant speed otherwise to create a screen with low power usage. What feature of Marvel is most significant? Configure the outdoor digital signage with a sensor that measures the filter detective %; the sensor will inform you of the filer block percentage’s current state. With more than 12 years of experience in the field of outdoor digital signage, we are aware that the cooling system would fail if the filter is obstructed. To keep an eye on the outdoor signs, we have built all of our outdoor screens into OMC. Additionally, when disseminated to several locations, the OMC can command the screen to do self-diagnosis. Additionally, users have the freedom to simply access the status of all screens from any location. Outdoor screens can be utilized for the cooling system, and Marvel can offer the API and several types of sensors to monitor environmental data. OMC has 10 distinct sensor types: the following sensors: light sensor, screen sensor, humidity sensor, temperature sensor, door sensor, pond sensor, smoking sensor, current sensor, tilt sensor, and filter sensor. Each sensor has a distinct purpose. Please feel free to reach out to Marvel for further information.
