Despite the fact that it is 2015, very nothing has changed, as seen by the incident that occurred in Paris, when a black guy was barred from entering a train on the Paris Metro by a group of Chelsea football enthusiasts. A spectator at Richelieu-Drouot station took a video of the occurrence on his mobile phone, recording the moment when the raucous supporters shoved the guy, who was identified as Souleymane S. and was 33 years old, away as he attempted to get off the platform and into the train. “We’re racist, we’re racist, and that’s the way we like it,” are some of the things that they yelled. He was so ashamed and overwhelmed that he decided to give up and go away. We are all “one consciousness,” or Universal Mind, as it is sometimes called, according to mysticism, which has been regarded something of a scientific fact for a very long time. In this, it is said that the reality that we experience on a daily basis is only a projection of reality, in which things seem to be distinct from one another. However, given that every living thing is composed of energy, we are all related. As a result, we are all manifestations of the same consciousness. The concept of racism, as well as every other sort of intolerance, is rendered foolish and nonsensical when seen from this viewpoint. On the other hand, there are some people who, at their present level of development, are unable to admit this fact. These individuals are said to be “blocked,” and they instead go for other people who are similarly insecure because they are looking for someone they can connect with. A tribal mindset is allowed to thrive, which is unfortunate since it is to the harm of the image of football, which is often seen as the sport that the public enjoy the most. attracting a small group of dissatisfied and misguided persons who are able to conceal themselves behind a facade. As a result of their identities being masked and the fact that they are in larger numbers, they experience a sense of empowerment that allows them to project their emotions onto other victims who are susceptible. In the sake of not exaggerating the significance of the matter, it is possible that this is comparable to, and maybe even more socially acceptable than, joining the National Front, the Ku Klux Klan, or any other racist organization. The fact that some of Chelsea’s most prominent football players were black is something that they choose to disregard in order to demonstrate the extent of their lack of interest in football and to demonstrate that they are not true fans. Didier Drogba, in particular, was instrumental in Chelsea’s victory in the UEFA Champions League in 2012, as he scored the equalizing goal that helped Chelsea win the competition. Chelsea were the first club in London to accomplish this feat, and with that victory, they became the only club to win all four European championships. There is little doubt that these purported Chelsea fans were unaware of this fact. They revealed themselves to be exactly what they are, demonstrating that football and society still have a further way to go. At the end of the day, this may serve as a depressing reminder that this sort of behavior may never be totally abolished, and that the duty of correcting the ignorance and narrow world view of an individual may ultimately lay with that person.
