Asad spent his infancy fashioning wooden toys for himself, following in the footsteps of his illustrious furniture-making forefathers. His idea chair designs, which are a mix of creative thinking and everyday routine, earned him the nickname  \u2018the chairman \u2018 in 2012 from a prominent English daily newspaper. Firdosy, who has a degree in architecture and established his design studio in 1994, has garnered a great deal of praise over the years for the quality of his work in terms of design, finish, comfort, aesthetics, and longevity. One of his most captivating and thought-provoking works of art is a chair he calls the  \u2018Bharatnatyam Chair. \u2018 The chair  \u2018depicts the beauty of the outfit and the expressive postures \u2018 of an Indian classical dancer. It is fashioned out of solid wood and covered with a lovely silk garment. His interest is mostly focused on leaves. Asad&#8217;s &#8216;leaf chair&#8217; is a concept chair that was designed to seem like two intersecting leaves serving as the seat and back of the chair. This chair was inspired by the ashoka tree. He utilized local teak wood and colored it green to give it a more natural appearance by giving it a more natural feel.  \u2018the autumn leaf \u2018 is yet another item that has been created with great care and attention to detail, and it ensures the wearer&#8217;s comfort. The sitting sculpture takes its cue from the withered and discarded leaves that fall throughout autumn, as the name of the piece indicates. Asad&#8217;s designs have brought the teak heritage back to life, and they are a testament of his innate skill, originality of thinking, and ingenuity. These designs also maintain the traditional ancestral values, quality, and purity of the style. It as shown in the asymmetric chair, which is a stunning example of an effort to bring together art and craft with a colonial aesthetic.  \u2018but provides it a feeling of wholeness and comfort, \u2018 despite the fact that the chair&#8217;s form is nontraditional, abstract, and defies symmetry.
