The process of nuclear fission, which occurs when an atom’s nucleus divides into subatomic bits that oscillate at higher frequencies and releases the innate energy trapped in the original atom, is a very significant phenomenon in nuclear physics that parallels Kundalini awakening. As the original particle is released into a subatomic state, the fission process releases free neutrons and photons (in the form of gamma rays felt as heat), releasing a significant quantity of energy. The atom’s splitting causes an exothermic process that releases the system’s internal energy storage into the environment. the scientific A chemical process that produces more heat than it takes to start is called an exothermic reaction. Thermite, a pyrotechnic combustion powder derived from iron (iii) oxide, is one example of this. Thermite ignites at 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees Celsius), causing an exothermic reaction that shoots molten iron sparks in all directions. The reaction reaches temperatures of up to 4,000 degrees Fahrenheit (2500 degrees Celsius), hot enough to melt any kind of metal. A key idea in general relativity is the mass to energy connection, which is proposed by the equation e = mc sqaured. According to this equation, an item stores more energy the more mass it has. The objects that these scientists weigh in the study of atomic physics are called primordial elements; these are remnants of the big bang that are not native to Earth and are made of particles from old supernova explosions that happened long before our solar system formed. These very powerful cosmic processes in space produced materials that would not otherwise be possible on our planet. For example, plutonium—the heaviest fundamental element now known to exist—cannot be created on Earth under any natural heat or pressure conditions. The total binding energy of the resultant elements has to be higher than the initial element’s in order for fission to create energy. i.e., the total energy of the components has to surpass the energy at the nucleus that created their magnetic field. The particle’s atomic structure fractures and the potential energy within is released as a consequence of the binding energy at the nucleus detonating. Because the pieces produced by fission are not the same as the initial atom and instead exist as subatomic particles with lighter individual nuclei travelling at very higher speeds, fission is seen as a kind of nuclear transmutation. Quantum field theory and tantra In addition to uranium and plutonium, which are extremely dense elements, modern scientists have started to identify dark matter and the living colloidal field of zero point energy, a source of power and energy that is unfathomable and equivalent to a billion times a billion tons of plutonium per cubic centimeter of space. Albert Einstein famously remarked, “The field is the only reality,” suggesting that we are all a part of a larger zero point energy that is the source of all manifestations originating from the eternally evolving consciousness, the brahman of vedanta and the Sri Tripura Sundara of Shakati tantra. This living field connects and sustains all life as well as the expansion of the entire universe. In fact, tantra has long supported the idea that there is an intense field of energy that flows between objects at different frequencies and vibrations, long before western science developed the idea of unified field theory. This web of life is intimately connected to every individual and exists at all times. Currently, researchers are devoting their time to investigating how matter stores energy via the collision of protons with high-energy subatomic particles. In a same manner, hatha yogis intensify and focus their prana energy to continually “smash” against sushumna, the center of the nadi system. The core channel via which the awakened prana ascends is called the sushumna nadi. Sushumna is inhibited until the positive sun rajasic energies and the negative lunar tamasic energies are in balance, allowing the third sattwic energy of fire, or change, to emerge. The spiritual force known as sushumna then emerges and subdues the earlier dualistic states of the body and intellect. The goraksha-samhita, an old book on hatha yoga, provides a very precise description of this procedure: “The serpent power coils itself above the kanda (bulb) and stays there, blocking the entrance to the absolute with its mouth. One may access the absolute via that door. The enormous goddess sleeps, her lips covering that door. The yogin should use Sri Kundalini to forcefully open the door of emancipation, just as one may violently open a door with a key.” tantra: the route of yielding Though hatha yoga places a strong emphasis on self-discipline and determination, some traditions may consider it disrespectful to refer to the divine shakti in this way, and others may take issue with the notion that one can use such impersonal and mechanical methods to strong-arm the goddess and obtain her liberating grace. These tantric traditions often rely largely on dedication and transmit a high voltage of prana from guru to pupil via ritual, diksha, shaktipat, and mantra. Many times, at the moment of transfer, the kundalini shakti awakens instantly. The initiate’s core receives such a strong prana rush that the atom of dualism splits and the causal vital force is unleashed from inside, reviving and regenerating the whole being. In contrast to reiki or other similar techniques, kundalini awakening is a powerful activation of pranic energy from the core of your being rather than an attunement or alignment. This enables the meditator to experience the timeless inherent attributes of satyam, or truth; shivam, or effulgence; and sundaram, or beauty. The main goal of tantric sadhana and hatha yoga is to awaken the latent causal force of kundalini shakti, albeit the methods may vary. Kundalini is the potential energy that exists in all matter and is responsible for creating, maintaining, and reabsorbing each living system’s life force. Not only does the kundalini latent energy exist in the human form, but it also resides in the nucleus of every atom in the cosmos. Recent discoveries by quantum physicists have shown that an atom’s nucleus contains a sound wave. The ancient rishis informed us that the cosmos is generated by a tremoring vibration, called spandan, inside the nucleus of the bindhu and emanates into existence as sound. They said that light and sound comprise the fundamental energy of kundalini shakti. The circulation of prana, or life energy, which animates all life and all living systems, comes from the sound of nada. The primordial source of all things appearing in nature is aum, the sound of the cosmic vibration also known as chitshakti, the energy of awareness. The ancient seers and contemporary scientists both agree that sound waves, which turn into particles and the fundamental molecules that make up all matter, are the source of all creation. This is the exact reason why mantras are the easiest ways to activate our kundalini shakti, the dormant causal force inside us. The only noises that are heavenly and vibrate at high enough frequencies to reach our core are the mantras. The experience of total release from the stifling gravity of matter into a dimension that transcends time, space, and form is the glory of kundalini awakening—the awakening of this extremely high voltage of energy and the ascent to the crown chakra, sahasrara—through the spinal passage of sushumna nadi. Shiva and Shakti merge to form a single, ultimate potential field when Sri Kundalini Shakti ascends to Sahasrara. While many traditions simply mention the ascent of kundalini, the whole regeneration and healing of the entire molecular structure occurs via the descending of Shiva and Shakti as one united field of awareness. The body is supercharged with the nectar of unquenchable amrita as a result of the nuclear fission of kundalini awakening; molecular orbits within all of the body’s cells actually accelerate; and with all of the body’s dormant regions now fully illuminated, the brain starts to function at the subatomic quantum dimension of vijnana, the highest intuitive intelligence beyond the construct of the individual mind, senses, and intellect. composed by the divine Saraswati.
