We must first free ourselves from the mental prison. We must realize that the intellect is the newtonian degree of intelligence. We need to go beyond our finite mind and five senses in order to encounter the quantum level. Through intuition, we may begin to reach a greater intellect that exists outside of the mind. The heart is linked to greater levels of intuitive intelligence, whereas the brain is usually connected with intellect. The ancient eastern sciences are more intuitive and heart-centered than western science, which is primarily cerebral in character. The east started with awareness and worked its way toward matter, in contrast to the west, which started with matter and has been working its way toward consciousness. With one notable exception, yoga masters and tribal shamans have long been aware of other dimensions, parallel universes, and reality beyond the confines of the individual mind. Both the east and the west are at a crossroads where the concepts of quantum mechanics continue to validate the knowledge of the ancient mystics and seers. Until recently, there have been many accounts of yogis exhibiting different perfections and disproving accepted scientific beliefs. However, the number of Western scientists and physicists who are capable of even simple psychic feats is startlingly lower than expected. I am unable to think of a single theorist or physicist who has the ability to project their astral body outside of their physical body at will, communicate with plant spirits, attain samadhi, reach nirvana, merge with brahman, roll in fire, walk through walls, on water, on coals, through fire, give up food, or go without clothing in subfreezing temperatures. What then makes a difference? Dare I respond? Yes. Could I ever disappoint you? The answer is something you already know; there is a significant distinction between intuitive and cerebral intelligence. And when I say huge, I mean the difference between the amount of energy released when an atom’s nucleus splits and the resident energy of an atom revolving around its own nucleus. Living in the intellect is like to attempting to navigate an ocean in a canoe while possessing a luxurious fifty-foot yacht in your boat house. The strength of intuition is beyond rational comprehension. Sell your cunning and purchase magic. Because they are too tied to their intellect and are unable to take themselves out of their own brains, the majority of researchers who devote the greatest amount of time to researching unified field theory and other theoretical subjects will never really experience the quantum. It’s the pride of the ego, let’s be honest. They take too much pride in their expertise. However, these insights that quantum physics is unveiling will not enable us to experience the limitless. It is possible to know and feel reality’s ultimate essence. However, we will have to acknowledge that even with our multibillion-dollar particle colliders and million-dollar telescopes, we will never be able to see it. The human brain and nervous system are the computer that mother nature has been slowly building and perfecting for the past 4.5 billion years in order to teach us the true essence of reality. To be able to distinguish between what is true and what is untrue, you may use meditation to turn your mind into the best physics lab. and to be able to communicate with the core of your existence, which is beyond all matter, energy, particle, and wave. How are you going to encounter something which is beyond the realm of matter? Are you going to rely on your weak senses and intelligence? Would you go to the moon on a skateboard? Why do we act as if there is nowhere else to begin? The ancient wisdom of the classical systems of yoga, tantra, and vedanta has been progressively validated by the modern findings of general relativity and quantum physics. For instance, quantum theory today asserts that there is a wave within every particle. In the absence of an observer, not only do all particles act like waves, but an atom’s nucleus contains a sound wave. Yoga practitioners have referred to this same idea as the holy tremor, or spandan, that pulsates inside the causal body’s nucleus, or bindhu, and from which featureless universal knowledge seeps into limited individual consciousness. Sound is derived from the tremors of the cosmos, and it serves as the foundation for the individuating principles that give origin to the vibrating magnetic fields of matter and energy, or the polarities of motion and inertia. All ancient civilizations and tribal peoples have known a very deep and intimate knowledge of this ‘all-encompassing’ force since the dawn of mankind, even though quantum theory now wonderfully describes the inter-relation and codependent connectedness of all things in the universe. The vedanta tradition, which defines the ultimate essence of reality as brahman, the supreme being, of which we are all like cells in that huge body, is one of the most profound and extensive spiritual traditions to have expounded on the everlasting life field, call it what you will. In the same way that every single cell in our body is unique—it is born, grows, and eventually dies—yet it is also a seamless component of this body. The creation of the upanishads, an incredibly large compilation of writings by numerous meditators who had a personal experience of universal truth by going within themselves, was prompted by the vast ocean of knowledge arising from the exploration of the ultimate nature of reality and consciousness in ancient times. We don’t need to start from scratch because not only has the ultimate reality been found, but it has also been described and expanded upon in a way that allows anybody to start where they left off. The word “akasha” in vedanta especially refers to entering ever deeper realms of inner space during meditation. The investigation of more indistinct aspects of internal space is a crucial element at the core of vedantic meditation practices. You may find the whole cosmos in contracted form inside yourself by examining the inner space of who you are. You may shatter the atom of dualism, uncover the united field that binds us all together, and release the immense power of prana shakti from deep inside. You have the ability to unite with the cosmic mind, allowing it to totally alter your reality. to be able to see beyond the life and death of every single cell and to connect with the ever-evolving, eternal awareness that keeps growing, expanding, and refining its own identity. If you examine the evidence and the statements of influential figures in quantum mechanics, like Vedanta and Niels Bhor, closely enough, you will discover that there is no ultimate conclusion to the search for a single, cohesive theory that can mathematically explain all of the universe’s laws. Permit me to state it again: there is no definitive answer on the nature of reality. Why? There will always be more since the ultimate truth is inherently dynamic and will constantly change. Not this, not that, but “neti, neti” is the last words in Vedanta. implying that what has been spoken and comprehended here is not the ultimate essence of Brahman. There is ever more to discover. Like Nels Bhor, we need to consider probability rather than absolutes when making decisions. If there were certainties in life, physicists would be able to accurately predict via mathematics every action, phrase, sensation, and idea you would ever experience. Everything, including your breakfast choice for the next day, may be precisely predicted by mathematics, hence negating the concept of free will. Einstein felt that there is a mathematical formula “out there” that holds the secret to discovering “objective reality,” and he devoted his dying breaths to the pursuit of a unifying theory. With great conviction, he refuted Niels Bhor, declaring that “god does not play dice with the universe.” What does this signify? to consider probability while thinking? It implies that you have to give up your pretense of ego, intellectualism, and fake pride. You need to go deep inside your heart and let go of your connection to the Newtonian machinery of the gross conscious mind, which is what we use to perceive reality at the atomic level. You’ll know when you feel it. Experience reigns supreme. Mystery begins with amazement. You will need to let rid of all social pretenses, the rational deductive intellect, the ego’s machinery, and learn to realize your higher awareness if you want to see with fresh eyes. the unaffected by change quiet watcher inside. That quiet witness inside of you has always been you, despite the fact that every cell in your body has changed, your thoughts are a never-ending stream of change, and our identities shift. Hearing the ideas, seeing the plays, controlling the course of events. What tools do we currently have to experience something which is beyond the finite boundaries of our minds? We just need to acknowledge what is already there; we don’t need to strive or acquire anything. We may get a glimpse of what is beyond our own delusions when we let go of our attachments, pettiness, minor fears, and inhibitions and see that our interaction with the universe is like an actor just accepting a part in the theater of life. Through the use of the exquisitely conserved age-old practices of yoga and meditation, we may awaken to the ultimate truth and transcend our physical selves, all while enjoying the benefits of our physical form. Raja yoga is a scientific way to transcend the commonplace, coarse consciousness by fusing hatha and patanjali’s eight-limbed ashtangha yoga. The 10 observances, or yama and niyama, are the first two components of this system. These rules are the parts of yoga that people ignore the most, yet they are essential to creating the space where change may take place inside of you. Please remember that the yamas and niyamas are just as crucial to developing a garden as having good water, healthy soil, and plenty of sunlight. Ignoring the yamas and niyamas may lead to some physical health improvement, but spiritual change will not happen. Even if yoga and meditation are abandoned in favor of the yamas and niyamas, spiritual development and good health will still result. The spiritual consciousness will start to blossom if the right circumstances are in place. The awareness that has awakened will continue to develop. As long as we uphold the yamas and niyamas and create the right environment, all other efforts will yield significant outcomes. Whether you practice kirtan, kriya yoga, mantra anusthana, prayer, ritual, meditation, or any other discipline, your life will blossom. What, then, are the niyamas and yamas? The exterior observances known as the yamas are as follows: nonviolence, honesty, nonstealing, excess, and nonpossessiveness are at the top. The internal observances known as the five niyamas are: self-discipline, self-study, self-surrender, mental purity, and contentment. Now that the ground has been laid, whatever spiritual practice you include into your life will inevitably develop, broaden, and surpass the confines of constrained consciousness.
