In light of the COVID-19, the central government has issued a notification in which it will relax the filing of forms for companies and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) without requiring them to pay any additional fees. This relaxation applies to situations in which the forms have been due for filing for a specific period of time. The ministry has published a clarification that details the forms that are eligible for this relaxation.
