In the midst of the concrete jungle that is the city of Kolkata, Square consulting services creates two sales pavillions for prospective homeowners, therefore providing an oasis of nature. In an effort to attract prospective customers to their real estate developments, developers have been consistently going above and beyond in their efforts to attract customers. In addition to providing visitors with an experience that establishes the standard for both the purchase and the expectations from the new location, sales pavilions also provide a showflat to complete the image. When designing the sales offices and display apartments for ecos new town and sugam habitat, both of which are located in Kolkata, the architects make nature the protagonist of their designs. This is because nature is the most prominent selling feature for both of these projects. The ecos sales gallery is a low-key building that is situated in new town and affords a view of the urban eco park that spans 500 acres. The area, which is placed on green mounds rather than the typical exposed plinth, is a composition of courtyards, thereby blurring the distinctions between the constructed and un-built elements. This is done in order to maintain the consistency with the surrounding environment. The interior design of its display apartment is characterized by an intimately stylish style, which stands in contrast to the simple expression of the sales pavilion. habitat is located behind a dense low-rise residential complex and is considered to be a component of the sugam habitat. In the middle of lush vegetation, it provides visitors with both a sense of relaxation and a pleasant surprise. The inside of a scooped-out quadrangular box that is divided into two floors contains a green wall that is 300 square feet in size and furniture that is custom-designed and built out of salvaged wood. An ongoing conversation with nature is created by both the flat and the sales pavillion. A significant connection, both physically and visually, is established between the surroundings and both of the pavilions. following an ecological theme, which proposes to be reflected in the residences as well, the design offers a glimpse of the expected harmony with nature. water bodies surround an edifice, lush landscapes, abundant natural light filters in through the low-e glass transparent shells, whilst greenery offers a textural vocabulary to both spaces. The buildings, which are constructed mostly out of steel and glass, provide a link that is unbroken between the inside and outside of the building. The shells are able to be disassembled and reused, which is both useful and consistent with the fact that they are just temporary. Both buildings provide their guests with a journey that goes beyond merely viewing the project and serves as the initial point of contact between the customer and the project. Visitors are greeted by a physical model of the project, they have the opportunity to exchange information and interact with sales executives in one of the meeting rooms, they are given presentations in the audiovisual room, they get a sense of the project as they view the construction site from terraces, and finally, they are given the opportunity to experience their potential home in a show flat. The high expectations that were created by the sales pavilions are something that we are looking forward to seeing how the houses live up to.
