If you think about things from a conventional perspective, everyone is contained inside their very own secure three-dimensional cubes. They have a view of the world from inside this box. they see the real world, they see the world of their imagination, and they see the world of complete abstraction. Everything in the world can be seenno, everything about the world is viewed from inside each person’s cube. Inside of each person’s cube is the sole place where one may have access to any of the information, knowledge, or understanding that is accessible. Why should we care about this? Everything that each person comes into touch with, including their thoughts, their ideas, and the decisions they make, is first filtered through the bias of their cube. That is something that can only be known, understood, and thought of by our own personal experience or through the experience of our ancestors. This is the place where our perception is formed, and the only conceivable reality that we are capable of knowing is our own view. When we are born, we already have a certain amount of knowledge imprinted inside of us. Carl Jung referred to this phenomenon as the “collective unconscious.” We are the sum and total of everyone who has gone before us and marked us with the genetic patterns handed to us via their DNA. These patterns have been passed down to us from generation to generation, starting at the very beginning of our ancestral archetypes. We do contribute to that strand of DNA, but more importantly, we stand on the shoulders of each and every one of our ancestors who came before us. Keeping that in mind, take into consideration the fact that the only vantage point from which we can see the outside world is from inside our cube. We will never be able to truly comprehend the thoughts of others because we will never be able to view the world through the lenses through which others perceive it. Even though they are genetically identical and have many of the same characteristics, fraternal and identical twins are not the same and do not have the same exact infusion of the same make-up. They are not the same, yet they are really similar. We are always inundated with abstract concepts coming from all directions around us. thoughts generated by ourselves, ideas generated by other people, and ideas generated by our senses and emotions Maintaining a continual state of decoding, both in our thoughts and in our bodies, of a steady stream of inputs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, year after year after year, until the machine is stopped from processing by death, at which point the machine begins to degrade into a memory. We don’t know how we can achieve these things, but somehow, thoughts from the cosmic plan can be received into our cubes, and our knowledge can grow as a result. We broaden our knowledge by incorporating new concepts into our knowledge base, doing research on those concepts, and developing our own unique interpretations of what those concepts are and what they mean to us. We may act as if we comprehend the information provided by others, but in reality, we only comprehend the information provided by our filtering system. There is no way for us to know for certain if what we take to be the genuine thoughts of another person are, in fact, genuine thoughts or only another expression of what is going on in our own heads. What exactly is the measurement of our cube? Which describes it better: an indefinitely tiny or an infinitely vast amount? Does it develop with the incorporation of fresh information into its system? Does the addition of new information cause an exponential growth in our knowledge, or does it just bring about a growth that is proportional to the amount of new information that is added? Because of the multiple lenses through which we perceive the information, our understanding expands at a rate that is far faster than the rate at which we acquire new information. When determining new applications for the information, we make use of the information that we already know as well as the experiences that we have had in the past. Therefore, our expansion is taking place at an incredible pace. The same way that our bodies are becoming stronger, so too is our mental capacity to endure hardship. The information that we have today is so much more advanced than the knowledge that was held by the most brilliant brains of previous civilizations. Children in elementary school find solutions to issues that only the most knowledgeable individuals in old societies could have ever dared to imagine of. The basic line is that we are unable to think in ways that are outside of the norm. We are not imprisoned since our cells serve as the basis for our future expansion, therefore we should not think of ourselves as such. As a result of this progress, we are creating more knowledge to pass on to future generations, therefore extending the possibilities for comprehending the universe and how we fit into it as well as how we might contribute rather than destroy. We shouldn’t be trying to think outside of our boxes so much as we should be trying to make our boxes bigger so that they can hold more of the knowledge that is out there. ### ? upcoming author of a book titled “small business superstar speaking secrets.” professional speaker and communication coach that works with people and companies who want to be able to successfully give winning speeches and presentations with self-confidence; and communicate more effectively to expand their company, earn more money, and gain professional reputation.
