Time Required to Read: Two Minutes Therefore, it is no more a question of form above function since hotels are becoming more like houses and homes are offering the same conveniences that hotels provide. This notion is shown by the architects working at Cluster One… The Balaji Fertilizer guest-house in Nanded city, which is 6000 square feet in size, is located on the edge of this design crossroads, which is 400 kilometers away from Pune. This diverse palette, which is heavily influenced by the post-modernist style of design, makes a concerted effort to avoid following a single line of thought across the many areas of the home. A number of readily linked, vivifying informal areas and transitional spaces are scattered throughout the interior, which was primarily meant to serve as a social focus for events ranging from small to big in size. The sit-out that is hidden away in the landing area is the one that offers a view position among them. It is possible to see down into the living space, at the little grass below, and at the rooms that are close to this area while yet keeping one’s privacy from this vantage point. There is no doubt that the balcony and terrace are among the most popular sections of the home at any given moment of the day or night. Both of these spaces are intended to maintain their natural appearance. The relaxation factor is increased by the presence of a home theater. The jali wall, which is carefully situated, choreographs a fascinating interaction of light and shadows in a way that is engaging throughout the day. It is important to see that a tiny part is dedicated to a temple. The luxuries are increased by stimulating elements in the décor, lighting fixtures, and furniture, but the warmth of the house is maintained by the upholstery and material selections. The prominence of glass and the geometric shapes of the building contribute to the overall feeling of interconnectedness that is present amongst the construction. Accents of color (through planters and other elements), the use of all-glass panels, wooden windows and marble flooring, pastel undertones, and expanses of light through large windows or doors are strategies that can be utilized to create niche spaces that have their own distinct identities while still being conducive to general preferences. In the nation known as “Atithi Devo Bhava,” the home incorporates elements of both the natural and the man-made worlds, as well as luxury and comfort, opulence and warmth, into its fundamental structure.
