BEST WISHES TO CARLY, OUR MOST RECENT NEW HIRE!

After introducing you to our new chief operating officer, Dan Jackson, we thought that here at aviation recruiter tarcg, we would help you get to know another new starter of ours, Carly, who joins our agency with her own impressive career behind her. Carly joins us with a background in aviation recruitment. What exactly is Carly’s professional background? Following the completion of her studies at the University of Exeter, Carly began her professional life by entering the field of health and fitness. Carly, while reflecting on her time spent working in the industry, has said that she “was fortunate to meet individuals from various walks of life, which made my job extremely fascinating… nothing can truly equal the sense of knowing that you have made a great contribution to someone’s life.” the pursuit of a distinguished and selfless career Unfortunately, Carly was no longer able to fulfill the shift work requirements that were necessary in the health profession because of her obligations at home. She began her career in recruitment by working as a skills recruiter at Exeter College. She found the experience to be “extremely rewarding” because it allowed her to have the opportunity to engage students in the process of securing apprenticeships within a profession that was suitable to their skill set. After this, I was given the chance to help in the establishment of a new apprenticeship institution in the very center of Exeter city. Carly moved on to another new challenge, this time within the realm of aviation recruitment, after demonstrating her value in the field of aviation recruitment. She had previously held a temporary position at the University of Exeter, where she assisted with the procedure of recruiting postgraduate researchers. During the time that Carly was in this position, she was in charge of recruiting contractors to fulfill MRO needs all around the world. She has said that “with my time spent in aviation recruiting so far, I’ve had the pleasure of being able to view behind the scenes in aircraft engineering.” This provides her with the opportunity to have a close and personal look at the world of aviation. “It has been informative, fulfilling, and thrilling all at the same time. This has provided me with the opportunity to see airplanes being disassembled and reassembled, and it has also helped me in gaining a knowledge of the many kinds of aircraft. “I have been fortunate enough to take part in many exciting adventures throughout my lifetime, and I have had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people along the way,” Carly said in the most recent chapter. “It is now time for Carly to take on what promises to be one of the most momentous challenges of her career to date. Carly will start working as an aviation recruiter for a company that is on the rise.” At this point, I am looking forward to what the next chapter of my career at TRG has in store for me, with a team that has lofty goals that I am certain will achieve extraordinary success. Carly, we couldn’t be more in agreement with you. Also, we couldn’t be more thrilled to have you join our team, and we want to take this opportunity to wish you the very best of luck and success in your new career, which we hope will be for a very long time to come!
