RICOH, a company that specializes in business electronics, conducted a survey that revealed some fascinating insights about workers of generation Z, including the fact that they are conscious of the fact that they need to learn specific abilities. The findings of this study indicate that more than half of members of generation Z believe that their face-to-face communication skills could use some improvement. Additionally, other areas of perceived weakness include the ability to communicate with colleagues in a professional manner (48 percent), the ability to resolve conflicts or disagreements (47 percent), and the ability to meet deadlines (37 percent ). Therefore, it is clear that there is room for your company to recruit and make the most of such individuals, in part by providing chances for training and development that are in line with the framework described above.
