I was aware of the threat, and then I proceeded down the magical path. Like the sun rose, I spoke the words, “Let mourning be as a leaf that has fallen to the ground…” It was Patrick Kavanagh. This phrase from the well-known song “On Raglin Road” was written by Irish poet Paddy Kavanagh, who was referring to a beautiful lady with black hair at the time he wrote it. On the other hand, the core of this sentence is readily applicable to the political climate in the United States of America today. Almost sixty articles were written by this author before Barack Obama assumed office, and they continued to be written after he took office. These essays warned of the foolishness of picking Barack. On a similar note, the authors who contributed to my website penned an astounding 96 pieces similar to this one. Not many people took us seriously, and if we were to take into account the hundreds of articles that were published on a wide range of topics, there is only one conclusion that could be reached: the United States of America made a very poor decision. The term “there you go again – America” is a statement that was coined by the late Ronald Reagan, and it is the phrase that most accurately describes the current political atmosphere during these primaries. Due to the fact that the primaries will select which candidate will be responsible for preventing another leftist assault on our Constitution, our way of life, and our whole hope for the future as a country, the struggle is at its most intense right now. “This ain’t your mama’s America,” is a phrase that is often used in the New Orleans metropolitan region. We are all aware that we will not be able to maintain our position for very long if the transformation that Obama pledged to bring about is not reversed. In the event that many things do not change once again, we will not be able to go forward into Marco Rubio’s greatest century for the United States of America; we may barely make it through a decade or two. To what extent does the antichrist have any bearing on any of this? This is a biblical and prophetic certainty that you can take to the bank, regardless of whether or not you are a Christian. The antichrist is a person that will arise out of the final seven years of human dominion over our planet. On the other hand, the “spirit” of anti-Christ is always active in our society, and as we get closer to the end of the world, it will start to blossom everywhere, including in politics, academics, family life, faiths, and every other aspect of existence. “Young children, this is the last time; and just as you have heard that the antichrist would come, even now there are many antichrists; this is how we know that this is the final time.” Revelation 2:18 Having an understanding of this theology is not difficult at all. That which opposes, rejects, and actively works against God, Christ, or his Holy Spirit (and the Word of God) is referred to as antichrist. Antichrist may be either something or someone. The spirit of the god of this world, Satan, is pushing antichrist compunctions, teachings, impulses, and all human endeavors toward disobedience to God. Ignorance of his will and word becomes the setting by which the final antichrist is revealed to the world. This includes pushing God out of schools, including higher education, through the public arena, through the media, through politics, and through every aspect of our national life. At that point, the momentum will be so strong that no one, with the exception of one, will be able to stop it. Christ himself will soon put an end to the short dominion that Antichrist will exercise. It is not a novel concept to reject God’s will in order to allow man to act according to his own desires. When the people of Israel were unhappy with the authority of the judges and the spiritual insight of the prophets, they cried out for a king so that they might be like the other countries. When the people sent the prophet Samuel to God to beg for a king, God granted their request. However, before granting their request, God warned them that they would later come to deeply regret their decision to reject a theocratic form of government. The remainder of the narrative is told by history, but the warning that was given by the prophet is one that it is imperative that no people, regardless of their age, ever disregard. The prophet was incensed by the fact that they want to have a man reign over them rather than God, and this was the information revealed to him. It was then that the LORD spoke to Samuel, saying, “Listen to the voice of the people in all that they say to you; for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, so that I might not rule over them.” (1 Samuel 8:7) This is a perfect illustration of selecting someone or something against the direct will and counsel of God; this is the behaviour that is characteristic of antichrist. There is never a happy ending. Going back to the year 2016, if the people of the United States of America want a billionaire who is self-absorbed, narcissistic, self-centered, crude, and without any sense of class to serve as their president, I will be the first to state that they could get precisely that. Additionally, I feel obligated to point you that our future will not be “wonderful” as Mr. Trump claims it would be; we will not fare any better than ancient Israel. That criticism of Donald Trump is much more than a demand to expose his terrible character, but rather a warning that his previous activities are the pattern that will decide both his history and ours, seems to be something that the American psyche is unable to allow itself to perceive. Although we choose to disregard the model of Barack Obama’s temperament, self-indulgence, and incompetent style of leadership, the template has not chosen to ignore us; thus, there is no reason why the future should deliver a different outcome. There is a possibility that it may begin with a bang; nevertheless, we have rejected Christ in far too many other areas, and the election of Donald Trump will not prevent us from going to our day of reckoning. Our first moment of waking will be characterized by a collapse of the economy that will be extraordinary in comparison to anything that has ever occurred in the history of our country. How come there is so much confusion? What is it about this election that is so different? Christians are more likely to make poor choices as they go farther toward apostasy, which is another term for turning away from the Faith. There are others who argue that “we are not voting a pastor,” which is absolutely correct; but, there was a period when it was significant that we choose a Christian president, and not simply someone who had a sympathy for Christianity. Cruz is a guy who has achieved more for our country in his short years of public service than Trump has generated for our nation in his whole existence. We are ready to turn aside from Cruz because of this. There is also the possibility that we are ready to disregard the reality that Trump is a former Democrat who has been known to flip over a great deal of significant topics, making it a foolish risk to trust him to behave differently. However, even though I am not a gambler, I am aware that when you play against the dealer, you do not place a stake of seventeen dollars. Considering that the United States of America has been veering away from its origins and the principles upon which it was founded for an entire generation, and then assuming that a single hero of pomp will pull us out of this mess in a flash and make us all “great” once more, the odds are not that favorable. Can you spell the word “presumption”? Disobedience on our part is directly responsible for the uncertainty that has arisen during this election; it is not possible to ascribe the misunderstanding just to the candidates or to the party that is supporting them. Everyone is responsible for the bewilderment of the face. The great prophet Daniel was not as naive as we are; he was aware that the crimes of the country were directly responsible for Israel’s collapse, and he was also aware that the people and their rulers were in a state of practically complete bewilderment as a result of their immorality. It was the “confusion of face” that was the very first and very final step of their judgment, and there were no heroes to rescue them. At some point in the future, he would bring them back, but during Daniel’s time, the judgment was successful. From 586 BC until 1948, they were subject to a country that did not believe in gods, and they continued to be subject to other godless countries and despots, who cursed them and pursued them. God forbid that we may find ourselves reciting the most sad prayer that Daniel ever said. “O Lord, righteousness belongeth unto thee, but unto us confusion of faces, as at this day; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and unto all Israel, that are near, and that are far off, through all the countries whither thou hast driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against thee. Because we have disobeyed you, O Lord, perplexity of face belongs to us, to our kings, to our princes, and to our ancestors. This is because we have chosen to trespass against you. (7:8–9) in Daniel An individual who has two excellent eyes to see and two good ears to hear is already aware of the fact that the political chaos that is now occurring is only a preview of what is to come. Despite the fact that we have expanded our military, subjected our prisoners to torture, criticized China’s economic practices, and expelled every Muslim from Bangor to Los Angeles, we have not yet found a solution to the issue. It is certain that there will be a great deal more confusion of face in the future until we put an end to the death of our unborn children, do away with the legislation that permits perverted marriage, and bring the fixation with sex and perversion under control. Concerning the phrase “greatness, there will be none! Pick anybody you want, but remember to keep these words in mind for all of eternity.
