There are reports that have been established that provide support for the idea that Iran is involved in providing support to Sunni terrorist organizations. These extremist organizations, through their acts of terror and criminality, have damaged the perceptions of the international public against Sunni states, which in turn has justified actions taken against those populations. The phrase “Wahabism” was employed in an aggressive manner by Iranian sympathizers in order to create a split among Sunnis. Although they were unsuccessful in garnering popular support, they were successful in misrepresenting the notions of Western nationalism. The truth of the issue is that none of the Sunni governments are ruled by extremist groups like Al Qaeda, the Taliban, or the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS). There is not a single seat in the Sunni nations that has been gained by these criminals by public mandate. On the other hand, Iran is governed through clerics and supporters of Hezbollah with a popular mandate. This represents the fundamental religious philosophy of the pro-Iranian minority, which accounts for fewer than one percent of the Muslim population out of the total number of Muslims over the world, which accounts for twenty-three percent. On the other hand, Ismailis and Agha Khanis, as well as a significant number of Asna e Ashri members among the Shia community, do not agree to the policies of Iran and are in favor of Western ideas. Certain groups of people, including a few members of the Sunni community, have developed erroneous beliefs that are founded on an incorrect interpretation of religious ideology, which has led to a clash between civilizations. In times of peace, the misquotation of texts from the Holy Scriptures that are often associated with periods of conflict has been propagated with the intention of dividing those civilizations and targeting western cultures. It is an effort to destabilize the whole Middle East via the use of terror networks because the Iranian clergy have a fantasy of restoring to the old Persian Empire. It is not surprising that a new revelation has been discovered, which is that the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is the brainchild of an Iranian clandestine operation to slander and overthrow anti-Iranian Sunni governments by leading the West astray. It is the beginning of an emerging evidence of a covert operation carried out by the common enemies of the Sunnis, a Western asset in Chechnya and Xinjiang. The present Russian bombs on regions of Syrian resistance, other than the ISIS, are the beginning of this proof. Throughout the course of history, there has never been a single instance in which the Sunnis were not a part of a western coalition that was working to combat renegade regimes. There are also members of the Shia community that do not support the Iranian government, such the Agha Khanis, the Ismailis, and a few of Asna e Ashris. It is not Israel that is a barrier to the establishment of a Palestinian state; rather, it is Iran that plays a role in preventing peace and Palestinian independence. It refers to the rift that has been created among the Palestinian Arabs by the Iranians via the organization of Hamas. Over the course of many years, Hamas has received both logistical and financial backing, which has been detrimental to the cause of Palestinian statehood at large. The Iranian government has made it more difficult for the United States to realize its ideal of a two-state solution in which both states have the ability to coexist peacefully in the Middle East. Iranians, using clandestine methods, incited Hamas to launch missiles on Tel Aviv, targeting innocent people. This led to Israeli defense forces retaliating, which ultimately ended in a human disaster. This occurred whenever there was progress in peace discussions. After that, Iranians twisted the issue on the streets of the Islamic world by burning flags of the United States and financially sponsoring mass movements against the interests of the United States in those nations. It was clear that the Iranians’ efforts to reach out to the general populace were successful. The strategies that are used to defeat them may be learned. It is necessary to identify Iranian assets that are playing on both sides of the fence, notably maintaining a strong hold on the news media in non-Arab Sunni states like Pakistan. This is very important. This is assisting them in developing impressions of the option that they have chosen. SUNNIS HAVE BEEN BOMBED AND KILLED IN SYRIA Iran’s expansionist designs to defeat Arab Sunni states are the underlying phenomenon. These designs are supported by a Russian grudge against their Chechen Sunnis and a Chinese animosity against their 20 million Sunni Uighur community that is opposed to the communist regime. I have come to the conclusion that the whole operation that Russia, Iran, and China are doing together is predicated on the idea that the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Would anything like this work? OH NO, WHY IS THAT THE CASE? In a battle, no one side emerges victorious; rather, it is peace that must be achieved. Additionally, in order to achieve peace, it is necessary to win over the minds and hearts of the people. It will be a triumph for the United States of America to maintain their interest for an extended period of time. As a result, their economy would suffer, while the United States will continue to maintain its worldwide economic dominance. On a related issue, twenty percent of the total population of the globe is comprised of Sunni Muslims. Russia is fostering hostility among its own Sunni population in Chechnya, while China is creating instability in Xinjiang among its 20 million Sunni population, which includes the bordering Gilgit in Pakistan. Both of these factors are contributing to the current situation. In the event that China were to intervene in the Syrian civil war, any clandestine effort from the west would ultimately result in China’s complete disintegration. despite the fact that it may be upsetting, it continues to be a ground reality in the Syrian civil war, which is taking place alongside broader battles going on in the Middle East. The Iranian government has shown her true intentions by reaching a nuclear disarmament agreement; but, this will wind up costing her a great deal in the days and weeks to follow. Israel should relax its diplomacy in order to capitalize on the current circumstances and make gains with the Arabs in order to achieve a lasting peace. It is about time that Hamas comes to its senses. Israel is surrounded by Arabs who are one hundred percent and Sunnis who are one hundred percent. Taking advantage of the possibility that our future generations in the Middle East may have a prosperous future is something that should be done. It is my suggestion that a conference on the Middle East be held at the Vatican under the leadership of the present Pope, with the Arabs and the Jewish state, and with the United States serving as a guarantor to agreements with a new Palestinian state that is living in peace. Our goal is to instill optimism for a more secure Middle East. When it comes to Israel or the Palestinian Arabs, Iran has no interest in any of them. Absolutely all Palestinian Arabs adhere to the Sunni faith. Clarify this for everyone. In addition, Iran must to refrain from interfering in Arab-Palestinian affairs. U.S. There is a good chance that victory will be achieved. The longer the United States is successful in keeping Iran and Russia involved in Syria, the more harm will be done on them. In the face of this never-ending conflict, none of them would be able to recuperate. Finally, in contrast to earlier actions, the 85 percent of Muslims who are of Sunni heritage will participate in demonstrations in support of the United States. However, it requires deliberate public diplomacy to take place. Iran’s strategy would be to use clandestine measures in order to win over the ignorant masses of the Sunni nations. This would be accomplished by attempting to lure Israel into the Syrian issue. TERRORISM ON THE PART OF THE STATE OF IRAN: IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN RESPOND TO THIS? 1. It is impossible for a civilized society to ignore the atrocity of murdering twenty thousand people in Syria in order to preserve the control of eleven percent of the population. Would that be acceptable to you? {Ref. Please read the Daily Guardian article dated August 1st, 1982. A story that was published in July 2012 by The Times of India said that the New Delhi police had reached the conclusion that terrorists who were members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, which is a part of Iran’s military, were responsible for an incident that occurred on February 13, 2012. It is important to note that this was done in order to smear the Pakistani ISI. 3. According to the State Department of the United States of America, Iran provides assistance for both Hamas and Hezbollah. 4. Mahmoud Abbas, President of the Palestinian National Authority, has said, “Hamas is funded by Iran”. 5. Involvement of Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps Quds Force commander Qasem Suleimani in found involved in arming and training of both Sunni and Shi’ite militias in Iraq. Does this lead us to draw findings of a covert Iranian support to ISIL? 6. Aggrey Adoli, Kenya’s police chief in Kenya’s coastal region, said on 22 June 2012 that two Iranians, Ahmad Abolfathi Mohammad and Sayed Mansour Mousavi, believed to be members of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards’ Quds Force, were arrested and suspected of being involved in terrorism. 7. Uganda, Ethiopia, and Kenya all expressed concern with Ayalon regarding Iran’s attempts to increase terror activity in Africa. 8. After the 2001 invasion of Afghanis . . along with the Iranian government and the terrorist organization Hezbollah, which is connected with Iran, with the intention of working together against the adversaries that they consider to be mutual. 10. The compound bombs that occurred in Riyadh in 2003 were allegedly organized by al Qaeda operatives in Iran, with obvious Iranian cooperation, as stated by Seth G. Jones and Peter Bergen. The United States Department of State has included Iran on its list of State Sponsors of Terrorism since 1984. This is evidence that Iran is connected to terrorist activities. According to the Country Reports on Terrorism from 2013, Iran is providing support to a number of terrorist organizations, including Hezbollah, Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine-General Command, the Syrian regime (which is also referred to as a State Sponsor of Terrorism), Houthi rebels in Yemen, Shiite militants in Bahrain, and Shiite militias in Iraq. Despite the fact that Iran and Al-Qaeda have professed strong animosity against one another, the State Department has verified that Iran continues to collaborate with Al-Qaeda cells. Under the statement, it was alleged that Iran continued to be hesitant to bring top members of Al-Qaeda (AQ) to justice. It continued to imprison top members of the group while refusing to reveal their identities to the public. Iran made it possible for Al Qaeda facilitators Muhsin al-Fadhli and Adel Radi Saq al-Wahabi al-Harbi to run a primary facilitation pipeline via Iran. This enabled Al Qaeda to send finances and fighters to South Asia as well as to Syria. Over the course of several years, Al-Fadhli has been an experienced AQ operator who has been active. 2009 marked the beginning of Al-involvement Fadhli’s with the AQ facilitation network located in Iran, which ultimately led to his detention by Iranian officials. After being freed in 2011, he took over as the chief of the AQ facilitation network that is located in Iran. Iran maintains a worldwide network that includes locations in the United States of America and South America. Iran is believed to have a “intelligence and terrorist network” in Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia, Guyana, Trinidad, Tobago, and Suriname, as well as other countries, according to a report produced by an Argentine state prosecutor in May 2013 that was several hundred pages long. The Department of State also reported that Iran has boosted its presence in African countries. It is also common knowledge that Iran collaborates closely with North Korea on the development of weapons of mass devastation. A supply channel to Hamas is supervised by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), which is reported to have a presence in Sudan, which is another state that sponsors terrorism. THE RELATIONSHIP OF IRAN WITH AL-QAEDA Despite the fact that they have different ideologies, the Clinton, Bush, and Obama administrations all reached the conclusion that Iran is a supporter of terrorists affiliated with Al-Qaeda. The Treasury Department imposed sanctions on three officials of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and one associate of the IRGC in February 2014 for their support of the Taliban and their participation in assaults in Afghanistan. A member of the Olimzhon Adkhamovich Sadikov intelligence agency, also known as Jafar al-Uzbeki, was placed on a blacklist by the United States government because of his assistance to Al-Qaeda from within Iranian territory. Sadikov is a member of the Islamic Jihad Union, which is an organizational branch of Al Qaeda. Sadikov’s headquarters of operations is in Mashhad, Iran. When it comes to travel papers to and from Pakistan and Afghanistan, he provides assistance to members of Al-Qaeda and other terrorist groups. Additionally, he is responsible for the collection of funds for the larger Al-Qaeda network in Iran, where it is then sent to other affiliates across the world, including Jabhat al-Nusra in Syria. The United States of America, in October of 12. Both Muhsin al-Fadhil, the leader of the Al-Qaeda pipeline in Iran, and Muhsin al-Fadhil, the leader of the Iran-based funding and facilitation network, face sanctions from the Treasury Department. Both of these terrorists are responsible for managing the “critically important Iran-based funding and facilitation network.” Upon his arrival in Iran in 2009, he was taken into custody. Following his release in 2011, he took over as the manager of the pipeline, succeeding Yasin al-Suri from that position. In the beginning of 2011, Abdel Radi Saqr al-Wahabi al-Harbi became a member of the network that is headquartered in Iran. He now serves as al-deputy. Fadhil’s He is in charge of monitoring the travel of members of Al-Qaeda to Iraq and Afghanistan on their way to Iran. In July of 2011, the United States took action. The United States Treasury Department has imposed sanctions on six Al-Qaeda members who are tied to an Iran-based “central pipeline” for Al-activities. Qaeda’s This pipeline allows Al-Qaeda to transport people and resources back and forth from the Middle East to South Asia throughout its operations. Yasin al-Suri, who has been serving as Al-envoy Qaeda’s in Iran since 2005, was one of the individuals who carried out the operations. In addition to negotiating the release of Al-Qaeda captives who are being imprisoned in Iran, he is in charge of overseeing the movement of money and recruits via Iran. • Atiyah Abd al-Rahman, who served as the Al-Qaeda envoy to Iran in the past and is now the general leader of Al-Qaeda in the terrorist regions of Pakistan. Umid Muhammadi is a facilitator and trainer for Al-Qaeda who is associated with Al-Qaeda in Iraq. Through his relationship with the Iranian government, he has applied for the release of Al-Qaeda members who are now being held in custody. Salim Hasan Khalifa Rashid al-Kuwari, who is headquartered in Qatar and collaborates with Al-Qaeda operatives stationed in Iran to arrange travel and money transfers, is a member of the group. The individual known as Abdallah Ghanim Mafuz Muslim al-Khawar, who is headquartered in Qatar and provides the commanders of Al-Qaeda in Iran with money, material, and other goods they want. Also, he is responsible for making travel arrangements for terrorists. • “Ali Hasan “Ali al-Ajmi is a collaboration with Yasin al-Suri and has his base of operations in Kuwait. He offers travel and financial help to Al-Qaeda in general, as well as to Al-Qaeda in Iraq and the Taliban. “By uncovering Iran’s covert pact with al-Qaeda, which allows it to smuggle finances and operatives via its territory, we are highlighting yet another facet of Iran’s unequaled support for terrorism,” the United States of America said in a statement. The news announcement from the Treasury indicated. The United States Treasury Department imposed sanctions on four Al-Qaeda operatives who were related to Iran in January of 2009. Mustafa Hamid, who “negotiated a covert partnership between Usama Bin Laden and Iran” in the middle of the 1990s in order to allow members of Al-Qaeda to travel via Iran, was one of the individuals involved. It was via him that the Iranian dictatorship, Al-Qaeda, and the Taliban were able to communicate with one another. While he was in Iran in 2003, he was imprisoned. •Muhammad Rab’a al-Sayid al-Bahtiyti is a reliable assistant to Ayman al-Zawahiri, who is now serving as the leader of Al-Qaeda. As a result of the events on September 11, 2001, he made arrangements for Zawahiri’s daughters to visit Iran. While he was in Iran in 2003, he was imprisoned. After the events of September 11, 2001, Ali Saleh Husein was in charge of coordinating the migration of members of Al-Qaeda to Iran. In 2003, he was also taken into custody. Following the attacks of September 11, 2001, Saad Bin Laden, the son of Osama Bin Laden, was in charge of coordinating the relocation of members of Bin Laden’s family to Iran. Also, he assisted in the management of Al-Qaeda from Iran and was arrested in the year 2003. According to reports, he was granted permission to depart Iran in September of 2008. In 2009, he was assassinated in Pakistan by a drone attack made by the United States. There is evidence that the Al-Qaeda network in Iran is involved in plans against the United States of America. Two persons who were connected to the network were taken into custody in Canada in April of 2013, as they were planning to derail a train that was traveling from New York to Toronto. James Malizia, an officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, said that the persons in question were getting assistance from Al Qaeda components that were based in Japan. According to the available evidence, there is no evidence to suggest that these assaults were state-sponsored. The link between Iran and Al-Qaeda dates back to the early 1990s. Iran reportedly agreed to provide assistance to Al-Qaeda in late 1991-1992 in order to carry out operations against mutual adversaries, namely the United States of America and Israel, as stated in the findings of the 9/11 Commission. Iran served as the location where senior members of the gang got training in explosives. In 1993, Iranian agents provided training to a different group of Al-Qaeda fighters within the territory of Lebanon. “The partnership between al-Qaeda and Iran indicated that Sunni-Shi’a tensions did not always constitute an insurmountable barrier to collaboration in terrorist operations,” the 9/11 Commission said. “Islamic extremists may work together to carry out terrorist attacks.” The decade of the 1990s was marked by continuing communication between the two parties. Iran’s desire to further improve the connection with the United States was prompted by the assault that Al-Qaeda carried out in Yemen in the year 2000. According to the 9/11 Commission, Bin Laden did not pursue the possibility because he was concerned that it would negatively impact his relationships with Saudi Arabia. It should be noted that the author has a strong belief in the concept of religious peace among all people, including Muslims, Christians, Jews, and Shia and Sunni Muslims. Furthermore, he is of the opinion that faiths should not be used as a means of dividing people all over the world. Within the context of this article, Iranian conduct that demonstrates bigotry toward adherents of other religions is condemned. It does not in any way go against any one sect. Rather than focusing on sectarian prejudice, it condemns terrorist networks in the same manner. According to the author, the whole Ismaili community, the Agha Khani community, and a significant number of people in the Asna e Ashri are opposed to the policies of Iran and are in favor of policies led by the United States.
