Will you forgive me if I kiss you in the garden, under the moonlight, while we are knee-deep in flowers? We will wander, we will keep the rains away, and we will keep the showers away. And make your way through the tulips with me carefully. — Tim the Tiny It is the “duty” of the United States of America, according to the Bible, to “confront climate change,” which includes protecting “vulnerable Muslim majority nations.” It was John Kerry. After reading Dave Huntwork’s post on Canada Free Press, I was aware that I could not contribute much to Dave’s coverage; yet, the lyrics of Tiny Tim’s legendary song “Tiptoe through the Tulips” from 1968 continued to haunt me throughout my time of reflection. Despite the fact that there is not a single clear tie between the two concepts, it is impossible to hide the naiveté and pure idiocy that are present in each of them. Kerry has resurrected echoes of William Howard Taft’s proclamation that the people of the Philippines were our “little brown brothers” who would require years of our benevolent supervision to help them transform into something comparable to Anglo-Saxons who are politically skilled and useful followers of democracy. Kerry has revived these echoes. If Kerry is going to play the part of the new Don Quixote of global warming, he may want to study the rest of the Bible to see what it says about homosexuality, abortion, and powerful government officials who are corrupt. In spite of the fact that the Bible contains a great deal of information on these issues, the phrase “global warming” and anything that is just tangentially connected to it are not found in the Bible. Not even an excessive interpolation, much less an incorrect interpretation, can be discovered in the pages of written work about the rise in temperatures or the destruction of the planet that is caused by human activity. We will not spend our time reading our bibles or tiptoeing through the tulips, John. We will not do any of those things. In light of the fact that Barack has already pushed some sections, such as Romans chapter one, to the far-off misty realm of obscure sayings, you may want to investigate your perspective on the requirements that are found in the Bible with your superior. It is possible that Barack would want to include you on his list of things that are not widely known since the Bible does not mention warming. Dave Huntwork used phrases such as “pandering” and “crackery agenda” in his speech. It is the label hypocrite that I like. What Kerry is most concerned about is the temperature, despite the fact that children are being killed and Christians are being hunted down as if they were undesirable vermin. We may be able to avoid the severe criticism if global warming were supported by all of the experts and if it were something other than the liberals’ unsubstantiated belief that it is the source of the phenomenon. However, Kerry is without a doubt the recipient of this prize for goofballs, which is the gold medal. Jimmy Carter was adamant on referring to “The Religion of Peace.” Jimmy Carter, who served as president from 1979 to 1981, is the second recipient of the medal for unbridled liberal nonsense. In a speech that he delivered to the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) in Detroit only a week ago, Carter said that “the ideas of Allah would benefit the entire globe.” Does anybody with even a half of a brain still believe that Islam is a religion of peace, considering that the anniversary of 9/11 is just a few days away and that there have been 23,000 terrorist acts since then? At least one seems to exist, it would appear. Duped by the idea that Palestine ever had any centrality or desire to become a nation before the return of the Jews to their homeland in 1948, Carter has proven time and time again that whatever he was missing in his administration is second only to the deficit in his knowledge of modern history concerning the Palestinians and now pretty much all of Muslim history. It would be an overly optimistic assumption to assert that Carter was aware of the fact that the FBI has included ISNA on the list of organizations that are directly tied to the notorious Muslim Brotherhood long before he delivered his speech to ISNA. In order to “Storm the gates of hell,” Crusader Biden rides out in advance of President Barack Obama. Lastly, but certainly not least, the next liberal to cite a verse from the Bible to accentuate their passionate, if ludicrous, rhetorical exaggeration is the one who comes along. Jesus made the following statement: “…I will establish my church upon this rock; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” [Matthew 16:18] We are compelled to come to the conclusion that Uncle Joe was acting once again as the king of gaffes and not so much as the vice president. This is due to the fact that Joe’s connection to the church is highly questionable, and Obama is not particularly capable of being considered “the rock,” particularly in relation to ISIS. Not only did Vice President Biden promise to follow the executioners to hell, but he also declared that hell is where they will end up regardless. He made this promise in response to the execution of James Foley and Steven Sotloff by Muslims affiliated with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). During his speech, Vice President Biden, who serves as both a judge and an executioner, failed to mention that President Obama was still soft peddling a response to ISIS by stating that he did not yet have a strategy or plan in place. On Thursday night, a pundit on Fox News was heard suggesting that Biden may follow them all the way to the gates of hell, but Obama has not been able to follow them over the border into Syria as of yet. Is it possible that liberals are now seeing their bibles as a guide? Those who are passionate about bluegrass music, such as Mac Wiseman, Reno, and Smiley, along with a large number of other individuals, continue to recite the lyrics to the gospel song that is still sung by people from the Appalachian region to this day. The phrase “I’m Using My Bible for a Roadmap” describes the situation in which I am using my Bible as a road map. I am instructed on what to do by the Ten Commandments. The twelve disciples serve as my directional icons. In addition, Jesus will guide me through this danger. There is minimal cause for concern despite the fact that the liberals and left-wingers who are now in power in our country are not ultimately bowing to the Lord or the wisdom that is found in the Bible. The purpose of their use of it is to provide credibility to their speech, regardless of how plainly superficial it may look. It has been said that if they were to take any or all of the Bible seriously, then the issues of abortion, the LGBT agenda, and the corruption and scandals in government would just disappear overnight. One of the things that Jesus stated was, “Yet why do you call me Lord, Lord, and do not perform the things that I say?” (Luke 6:46) Kerry, Carter, and Biden have approximately the same amount of significance when it comes to the Bible and the elimination of the danger posed by ISIS as the three pigs did when they were able to keep the big scary wolf away – wait, the pigs were successful. Just in time for the midterm elections, are liberals suddenly turning their attention back to the Bible? If this is the case, then it ought to be sufficient evidence that hypocrisy on the left has no discernible limits.
