Activity zones for tourists, work-pools, and management are structured floor-by-floor inside the four-story, 20,000 square foot area located in the building. A bright, large, and pleasant atmosphere for teamwork and occasional enjoyment is provided by the open plan design, which is based on clean and basic straight-lined geometry. This environment is available to both the personnel and guests. Spaces that are unbroken and well defined blend in with neighboring areas in a way that is not noticeable, providing consistency via the strategic use of materials and colors. A base palette consisting of earthy tones, when mixed with highlighters that contrast with one another, gives each zone a distinctive appearance. In the vast and wide greeting room, the focal point is the brightly colored sitting blocks and the green wall that is drenched with ample natural light. Additionally, a bamboo-clad wall adds a sense of drama to the space on a different level. In order to break away from the rigidity and promote casual sessions, the work zone is enlivened by the very vivid parrot-green colored walls and seating blocks. Additionally, there is a wide white board that breaks away from the stiffness. An casual lounge that offers panoramic views of the rocky landscapes of Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills is complemented with a formal boardroom that compliments the lounge. Traditional eco-friendly materials such as wood and bamboo are utilized in combination with glass, metal, and concrete to create a harmonious spatial experience. This may be accomplished by careful design and great attention to detail. A warm and inviting ambiance is created by the limited use of corian for the reception counter, which is effectively matched with veneer and the gray background. This demonstrates the attention to detail that was put into the design. In addition to the floor-to-ceiling transparent glass barriers that increase the sense of openness, the exquisite detailing of the wooden seat cum planter that is situated above the pebbled bed provides an air of individuality to the ensemble. Cabins are brought to life with the addition of beautiful lights and ornaments. an ideal working atmosphere that allows one to develop their skills and make the most of their potential.
