In the city of Redondo Beach, California, members of the Westboro Baptist Church are planning to gather in front of a local school to deliver anti-gay and anti-lesbian messages to the pupils and teachers who attend the school. On Monday, January 11, 2016, the demonstration is scheduled to take place in front of Redondo Beach High School, which can be found at 1 Sea Hawk Way, Redondo Beach, California 90277. A counter demonstration is being organized to take place at the same time as the first demonstration by the Gay Straight Alliance, the South Bay LGBT Center, and local LGBT students from inside the school. At 7:30 in the morning, there will be a news conference.
