We are under the impression that our time in the nation would be an adventure. Haiti has been plagued by recurrent political crises for over twenty years. This time, the crisis has reached a point where, if we do not take prompt and effective measures, we will be forced to relive the humiliating spectacle of a landing of foreign troops to enhance minustah. This time, the crisis has reached a point where it has reached a point where it has reached a point where. In addition to the looming possibility that one of the most vital republican institutions would collapse, a covert danger of foreign occupation is also present. In the course of the history of our nation, we have seen several situations similar to this one. The late 1860s and the decade that followed were marked by a terrible civil war that the nation went through. Because members of the populace had stormed the legislative building when it was occupied by cast members in session while Sylvain Salnave was in power, the house of cast members was dissolved. The anti-government troops known as “caco” battled against the “issues” that came to President Salnave’s aid. This did not prevent the defeat of the president, who was killed on January 15, 1870, when he was shot while standing atop the remains of the national palace. In spite of everyone’s best efforts, peace was not achieved. president Nisage Saget, who has been successful despite facing a great deal of opposition. In accordance with the provisions of the constitution of 1867, he was chosen to serve for a period of four years. Towards the conclusion of President Saget’s tenure in office, a political crisis brought about by unfriendly elements of his cabinet led to a refusal to sit down and enable presidential elections to take place. nissage will not finish his term as president because he was “pressed by the senate on one side, another hit by domingo who courageously made his way to the capital and camped in the chair at the door of the national palace to wait for the owner wants out.” I “nissage was convinced in the end, the body of a commission called the seven sages of the futility of his hopes, and gave the deep south, hand in hand the reins of the state.” (Edmond Paul, The Causes of Our Misfortunes, page 82). After gaining power, Michel Domingue disobeyed the constitution of 1867 and called a constituent assembly, which resulted in his being elected president for a period of eight years. Two years after his election, Dominico fell out of favor, his opponents took up arms against him, and his administration was eventually removed from power. Our past is replete with instances of governments and presidents who were elected to office but did not serve out their entire mandates. to such an indication, from our independence to this day, the number of Haitian presidents who have carried out a constitutional mandate may be counted on one hand using just one finger on each hand. In his work “Constitution and Power Struggles in Haiti,” the historian Claude Moses discusses the impossibility of reaching an agreement on anything. He gave a description of the two political systems that are in use in Haiti at the moment. both the president and the legislature. In the Haitian system, which is known as Moses, the president does not have unchecked ability to use his or her authority. The executive branch is not able to circumvent the approval of parliament for the majority of the government’s policies and programs… the rooms in parliament have the authority to question, challenge, and blame the ministers and secretaries of state, to investigate all matters that are brought before them, and to refuse to vote on the budget, to landfills, or to a statutory provision work when they are unhappy with the quality of audit items. In the Chamber of Deputies, he returned when it was time to impeach the President, as well as the Ministers and State Secretaries, and to bring them before the Senate to be tried (claude moise, op cit., p 361-362). [ii] However, the historian acknowledges that the balance of power that Haitian voters seek is frequently upset in the president of the republic’s favor. This is due to the fact that in practice the judiciary and the legislature are subject to the executive in regards to significant policy decisions. This deviation is the source of the crisis that we are now going through, while the politicians who generated it do not seem to be able to contribute to its resolution. Oh foresight! evans Paul’s name was taken off the list of candidates to run for president of the republic following a number of discussions between the president of the republic and the members of the Presidential Advisory Commission. person who is well-known for his activity, experience in Haitian affairs, his long practice of individuals and things from that country, the wisdom and understanding of Haitian politics, and his long practice of men and things from that country. There were signs that the crisis node did not accept that the nation might finally start to have optimism. On the other hand, the subsequent pronouncements and appointments put doubt on the viability of there ever being a settlement to the situation. We are not yet prepared to check out of the inn where the inconceivable compromise was reached. Our only chance of success depends on whether or not the prime minister-designate will be able to sit down with members of the political opposition and reach an agreement with them over the course of action they want to take during the short months that he will be in charge of the country. However, if the side of the opposition wins, it is quite unlikely that this would solve the situation, as the opposition firmly believes that the resignation of the president is the only viable option, which will ultimately lead to the disintegration of the country. The political elite, on the other hand, has no option but to create a consensus at whatever cost in order to free the nation since they have shown no respect for the common land. freedom, equality, and brotherhood. Beyond its theological and philosophical overtones, is it possible that we are talking about a political category when we speak about brotherhood? We established this point in an essay that was published in Le Nouvelliste on September 7, 2011, and was headed “advocacy for brotherhood.” In this piece, we showed that political fraternity is the glue that holds freedom and equality together. There is a danger of converting freedom into license if it is ever equalized with older concepts. And neither can live independently of the other since brotherhood is the only thing that can construct the whole, keep the cohesiveness, and bring the parts together. It is not an issue of a blood brotherhood (it is similar to the notion of family circle, which is private), but rather an interchange of political ideas (ie, as a category that is available in the public domain). [iii] In order to alleviate the cyclical and structural aspects of the crisis, the advisory committee has provided a number of suggestions. Among these, the commission advises the creation of the states general of the country, which is what we refer to as the national debate. This procedure should result in a governability contract that will offer stability to the nation, which is important for the country’s further expansion and development. This alliance ought to clear the way for a new social pact that will reach the mark of brotherhood, and it should do so by paving the way. Surely, we need to reestablish our political community, seeing as how that sphere demands a certain level of expertise. Politics is a profession that requires training for everybody who wants to participate. Haiti is in critical need of responsible politicians that uphold ethical standards and are instilled with republican ideals. and a sense of regal majesty. Let’s do a fantastic job. An emblem patch was chosen by the prime minister in an effort to mediate peace between the different parties involved in the ongoing political turmoil. Putting forth the effort to exercise oneself is a feat when one considers the views that are held on both sides that cannot be reconciled. Nevertheless, we are of the opinion that, despite everything, the agreement is still attainable for the benefit of the nation. In order to accomplish this goal, the Prime Minister must preside over a government of national unity that is representative of the many different political sensibilities. It will restore confidence across the board, in order to trust. However, the opposition is deprived of everything a priori, and he will return in order to begin genuine discussions with the prime minister who was selected in the order of priority, which is, of course, the best interests of the country.
