An uplifting and momentous occasion for the United States of America was the recent speech that President Trump gave to Congress. The significance and significance of it will not be diminished in any manner. The hostility of the Democrats, the dishonesty of the media, the venom of Hollywood, and the mindless scorn of the snowflakes and opponents of academia are all things that we are unable to account for, but this does not discourage us from our efforts. However, as Christians, we are able to worship the one and only God who is the Creator of heaven and earth, but we are unable to worship man and we will not worship him. We will never be your sycophants, but we will be your supporters. This is the result of our agreement. We will turn to your leadership and your readiness to serve in order to safeguard both our constitution and ourselves; we have shown that we are willing to do so by appointing you to the leadership position that you now occupy. We are told to walk humbly with our God, (Mic 6:8) but it does not imply that we do not take tremendous satisfaction in the fact that we were primarily responsible for the establishment of this magnificent country. The fact that the United States of America is a Christian stronghold and sanctuary among other countries is shown by the many churches, the historical annulments, the trappings, and the sculptures that are scattered over our country. In no way will we ever feel embarrassed of this. We were able to see Vice President Pence and Speaker Paul Ryan fondly giggling during your speech to Congress as you once again repeated the catchphrase that you had used so often throughout your campaign. “Negotiate” was the term that used. Please negotiate on our behalf. We need you. Because this is not your responsibility, we do not anticipate that you will take a crash course in theology or comprehend each and every biblical premise upon which we are founded. We are willing to accept this fact. In your capacity as the legitimate administrator of the affairs of this country, we do anticipate that you will engage in negotiations with the Senate and Congress in order to designate federal judges who will completely respect our constitutionally protected rights to exercise our religious beliefs. We do anticipate that you will negotiate on behalf of those who are struggling, such as the “Little Sister of the Poor” and Christian Oregonian cake makers who were put out of business and fined $135,000 for adhering to their God-given convictions. We are under the impression that you have previously committed to addressing this unconstitutional overreach and judicial extraordinary measures. Even if we do not enjoy the wrongdoing and depravity that the LGBT community engages in, we do not weary of telling them that we love them. They could be sick of hearing us, but it does not give them the right to stifle, suffocate, or completely disregard our rights to our God-given convictions regardless of how weary they are of hearing us. Make the negotiations for us, Mr. President. The excesses of the LGBT community are increasing at the same rate as the deterioration of society, and this has become a burning away of the basic moral fiber that keeps our country together. Despite the fact that we are citizens of this country that we adore, we are first and foremost warriors of the cross, and we are unable to give in or retreat any more than the troops who wear the uniform of this nation when they are engaged in combat. The commands of our Divine King state that we are not permitted to take life in the course of our conflicts; nevertheless, we are permitted to donate our own lives as a way of achieving victory in the struggle against evil. During your speech to Congress, you cited the passage from John’s gospel (John 15:30) in which Jesus is reported as saying, “Greater love has no one than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.” The ideas that we hold dear, which are founded on the Bible and are provided by God, will be faithful to these words. These values are more important to us than our own lives. Make the negotiations for us, Mr. President. Finally, we would like to request your assistance in negotiating on behalf of a group of people in the United States who are treated barely better than rabid animals: the unborn. An whole generation of Americans, which included sixty million people who had the capacity to be productive members of our society, has been eradicated off the face of our country without any representation and without any pity. Mr. President, you should negotiate on their behalf. They have not only been denied the constitutional rights that are guaranteed to them, but they have also been denied the opportunity to fulfill the most fundamental premise upon which this nation was established. It is written in our Declaration of Independence, as you are well aware, and the words that are found there are as follows: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.” It is impossible for these unborn Americans to have any prospect of achieving freedom and the pursuit of happiness since they have been denied the opportunity to live.
