1997 was the year that saw the establishment of the Directorate of Higher Education. Maintaining the college branch was one of the autonomous obligations that were assigned to the individual. One of the goals of the Directorate of Higher Education is to establish an excessive number of institutions in a variety of sites around New Delhi.
