An dynamic design and a cheery interior created by mimaristudio give the 4500 square meter headquarters of the Turkish packaging manufacturer ISPAK Ambalaj in Istanbul a sense of personality and leave a colorful impression… Despite the fact that the building design places an emphasis on the comfort of the staff members, the inside of the building represents the forward-thinking and colorful image of the company and contributes to the formation of how various areas are used. Creating a flexible and open atmosphere in which spaces may freely interact with one another is the primary focus of the design, which places an emphasis on the connection of social gathering locations and working spaces. An entrance hall, a room for color confirmation, a meeting room, a laboratory, a conference hall, a cafeteria, and a gymnasium are all located within the four-story building. Additionally, there are workspaces, administrative offices, short meeting spots, private working areas, and socializing spaces, all of which are centered around a central gallery space. A dynamic combination of color and light brings the interior to life and brings it to life. The work rooms are comprised of distinct ambient hubs that are liberally interwoven with social hubs. At all times, unique material and finish palettes are the dominant design elements. The brain is predisposed to a more sociable acclimatization rather than a general work mode when custom furniture in a variety of tones and designs is present. On the other hand, elevated floors are covered with modular carpets and loose lay, while hard floors are finished with epoxy and porcelain ceramics. In addition to painted glass and quartz panels, lacquered panels with flutes and edges are used throughout the whole structure. These panels are all properly equipped with acoustic panels to provide the highest possible level of seclusion. There is interest created by colorful paints and wallpapers, despite the fact that the walls are painted in shades of white and gray. The lighting fixtures that were developed by Ayca Akkaya Kul contributed to the enhancement of these areas by providing the most suitable illumination, which was both attractive and useful. The use of linear lighting products in ceiling designs that are segmented is something that stands out. Fabricated in a variety of angles and lengths, the ceiling geometry serves as a source of inspiration for the design of the fixtures and lighting. In order to design the lighting, the studio worked in conjunction with Dark Lighting, while Tenko was responsible for the stretch ceiling work. An illusion of sorts is created on the outside by opaque and transparent surfaces on the facade, which makes it look as if there are two storeys that are a single thing. The office is a representation of the brand’s corporate identity, and it brings the culture of the workplace to a whole new level by providing environments that are immersive.
